Zenitha Essma Putri, a student who has just completed her studies at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya (UB), has achieved an extraordinary achievement. With a GPA of 3.89, she managed to become the best graduate at UB Faculty of Law, at UB Graduation Period of XV, Saturday (8/2/2025).
However, Zenitha’s journey to success was not easy. Previously, she had failed when taking a study program at the Faculty of Public Health (FKM) Universitas Airlangga Surabaya.
“I initially wanted to enter the Faculty of Medicine, but I was accepted at FKM instead,” said Zenitha. “I thought that FKM and FK both discussed natural sciences, but it turned out I was wrong. I felt shocked and awkward when adapting to FKM.”
After a year of adapting at FKM, Zenitha decided to take the SBMPTN and take the Law study program at UB. “I saw that my ethics and profession course scores were the highest, so I decided to take Law,” said Zenitha.
In UB, Zenitha was active in several organizations, such as the Brawijaya Moot Court Community (BMCC) and the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA). She also managed to become the best participant in an organizational activity.
“I feel very developed and progressed when I entered UB,” said Zenitha. “The environment, lecturers, organizations, and friends make me excited to give my best.”
In 2023, Zenitha decided to focus on her thesis and let go of all her organizational activities. “I want to give the best of myself,” said Zenitha.
As a result, Zenitha successfully graduated with a GPA of 3.89 and became the best graduate at UB Faculty of Law. “I am very grateful and proud of this achievement,” said Zenitha. [Oky/ UB PR/ Trans. Iir]
