Malang, (February 10, 2025) – The Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science at Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Prof. M. Halim Natsir, along with Vice Deans and Heads of Subdivisions from various units, conducted a review of the newly established Integrated Service Unit. This visit was aimed at ensuring that the new service runs optimally and meets expectations.
The Integrated Service Unit is designed as a one-stop service center for students, lecturers, and the public. This initiative is part of the effort to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness within the Faculty of Animal Science at UB. By integrating services into a single access point, the process is now supported by a smart system called SIFAPET, which accelerates and streamlines the service process.
SIFAPET (Sistem Informasi Fakultas Peternakan) was developed to enhance administrative processes, improve data accuracy, and facilitate real-time service monitoring. “We always strive to provide excellent service to students, lecturers, and the public. The presence of this Integrated Service Unit is expected to be a one-stop service solution that ensures greater efficiency,” said Prof. M. Halim Natsir in his statement.
The visit also served as an opportunity to evaluate the readiness of facilities and supporting infrastructure. All leaders are committed to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance the comfort and satisfaction of service users.
With the launch of the Integrated Service Unit, the Faculty of Animal Science at UB aims to offer services that are more responsive, friendly, and supported by modern digital technology. This new service is expected to have a positive impact on administrative processes and public services within the campus. mtn
