184 participants of lecturer recruitment with employment contract at University of Brawijaya (UB) joined in physical and mental health test. They are selected from previous stage test including Basic Proficiency Test and Subject Proficiency Test. The physical test organized at UB’s policlinic on 10, 11 and 17 March 2016. Meanwhile mental health test organized in two stages including written test (14/March/2016) and interview (15-16/March/2016).
Delivered by drg. Rofi Nurdiansyah, physical examination in the test such as blood pressure, cardiac function, respiration and urine test. Through the examination, then health status of the people in question will be known and so could be organized a prevention or medication that necessary to be done. “There must be a medical test in recruitment,” he added. Of each, it is known that many participants are in good health. “Many participants are still young and in good health,” he said.
In psycho test, as delivered by event coordinator Ika Herani, S.Psi., M.Si.Psi, undertaken to test qualification that including intellectual relevance, good personality and no mental disorder.
