An event conducted in nature is believed could shaping a person’s character to love the homeland more and strong character that should be owned by youth of the nation. While playing in nature will do lots of contemplation to know and discover identity.
Recently, outdoor activities are growing and not only mountaineering. Now outdoor activities flourished into rock climbing, caving, etc. IMPALA UB as an organization which has been 
established since 40 years ago presents to accommodate them who are interested to adventure in the nature life.
IMPALA UB is recreational, outdoor sport and scientific social activities. In outdoor sport area, routine activities to do are including rock climbing, caving, rafting and mountaineering forest. Not only outdoor sport, IMPALA UB also active in community services and research as an implementation of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.
Such as in this regard, all University of Brawijaya students are invited to join as members through 
an event so-called the 40th DIKLATSAR IMPALA UB. The event will be held on 18-27 November 2016. The event series will be in form of forum material provisioning, consolidation (field practice) and also field education and training. Registration and its administration completion will be opened until 10 November 2016. Registration forms can be taken at IMPALA UB secretariat located at UKM old building of University of Brawijaya.
