Rector of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) Prof. Widodo, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.Med.Sc Monday (22/05) received a visit from Tanoto Foundation which was directly led by the Global CEO of Tanoto Foundation Dr. J. Satrijo Tanudjojo with the TEAM in the Rector’s Meeting room 7 floor. This meeting lasted for approximately one hour.
Global CEO of Tanoto Foundation Dr. J. Satrijo Tanudjojo appreciates the Rector and UB who continue to partner with Tanoto Foundation to prepare future Indonesian leaders. Tanoto Foundation also continues to work on developing various programs so that the quality of education in Indonesia can be improved according to market needs.
He also said that he had come this time to develop the collaboration that had started by providing scholarships to students and funding student research starting in 2016.
“We hope that many things can be done through a good partnership between UB and Tanoto Foundation,” said UB Rector.
This visit was the second visit after 2018, at which time the activity was to explore collaboration to increase the participation of Tanoto Foundation in contributing to improve the quality of education in Indonesia through universities, one of which is Universitas Brawijaya.
