Stunting is still a common enemy that we have not yet resolved, not only in Indonesia but also in various countries in other parts of the world. The Indonesian government is trying to reduce stunting rates through the healthy pregnant women movement. Based on the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI). In 2022, the stunting rate will decrease from 24.4 percent in 2021 to 21.6 percent in 2022. Meanwhile, the stunting reduction target in 2024 is 14 percent from 24.4 percent in 2021; or around 3.5 percent per year.
It is very important for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers to meet the nutritional needs of themselves and their babies. In one day, pregnant women are required to consume 85 grams of protein.
