
UB Doctoral Service Team introduced SIDasTingWeb (Intelligent Website-Based Marketing Information System) in Bedug Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency, Saturday (22/7/2023) for the community. Through this product, villages can carry out online administrative services that are much needed by the community, promote village potential, both from an economic, cultural, social, tourism perspective, and facilities that support village progress, village profile information, information on village legal products, the latest village news, and the community can submit suggestions, criticisms, comments and so on in order to improve services to the community.
“The use of this product aims to increase the empowerment and skills of the village apparatus and its community in achieving its goal of becoming an advanced and prosperous village in the current digitalization era,” said the Chief Executive of Doctoral Service, Dr. dr. Ani Budi Astuti, M.Si,.
The Doctoral Service activities have taken place from April 2023 to December 2023. Furthermore, Bedug Village SIDAsTingWeb can be used as a means of market place and local potential branding of Bedug Village. This product is very helpful and needed by Bedug Village as an independent village.
SIDasTingWeb is a collaborative product of three faculties namely FMIPA, FILKOM and FEB. The team led by Dr. dr. Ani Budi Astuti, M.Sc from the Department of Statistics FMIPA UB, as a member of the lecturers is Dr. Suci Astutik, S.Sc., M.Si (Department of Statistics FMIPA UB), Prof. Wayan F Mahmudy, S.Si. MT. Ph.D (FILKOM UB), Drs. Muh. Arif Rahman, M.Kom (FILKOM UB), Raditha Dwi Vata Hapsari, SE., MM., Ph.D (FEB UB) and student members are Mohammad Ibnu (Student of Informatics Engineering Program FILKOM UB), Aditya Rizky Ramadhan (Student Undergraduate Program of Informatics Engineering FILKOM UB), Fahmi Noordin Rumagutawan (Student of Undergraduate Program of Informatics Engineering FILKOM UB), Agus Putradana Amertha (Student of Masters Program in Statistics Department of Statistics FMIPA UB), and Aurellia Brygita Putri (Student of Undergraduate Statistics Program of Statistics Department FMIPA UB).
Lecturers play the role as experts and consultants and are assisted by students in this activity, namely starting to coordinate village needs and problems, collecting village potential data and profiles, designing products, building products, product socialization and conducting product evaluations, product implementation, training and assisting product results, as well as launching products to the public.
The Doctoral Service Program (DM) is one of the leading programs in the field of community service at Universitas Brawijaya to provide opportunities for lecturers and students to carry out community service, especially to village communities throughout Indonesia. The results of this activity are very useful for UB and the village administration as partners in cooperation in activities. In addition, lecturers and students can implement their knowledge and expertise to solve problems that occur in the village, which of course has an impact on the progress of the village community.
Through the Doctoral Service activities, lecturers and students together with LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) will continue to take part without limits in helping village communities overcome the problems and challenges they face in order to achieve an independent and prosperous village.[team/sitirahma/ UB PR/ Trans.
