The Apatte62 Brawijaya Team, known as one of the leading teams in the field of energy-efficient vehicle innovation, will compete in the field of automotive technology by launching their two energy-efficient cars. The cars named “Nogososro Diesel” and “Marsela EV” are the result of the hard work of Brawijaya University students. It should be noted that last year the Apatte 62 Brawijaya Team won first place in the Prototype Diesel category and 3rd place in Urban Ethanol.

In the 2024 Energy-Efficient Car Contest, the Apatte62 Brawijaya Team will compete with two categories of cars, namely Urban Concept and Prototype which use energy sources that are divided into several subcategories, namely diesel internal combustion engines (MPD) and electric motors. On this occasion, the Apatte62 Brawijaya Team will launch cars in the Urban Electric and Prototype Diesel categories.

In his remarks, the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Alumni and Student Entrepreneurship, Dr. Setiawan Noerdajasakti, SH., MH. conveyed his pride and will fully support the students who will compete in the competition, especially since the competition is held by Puspresnas (National Achievement Center), one of which is KMHE.
