On Thursday, (3/13) the Chancellor of Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Prof. Widodo attended the invitation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), Prabowo Subianto. The activity that was carried out was entitled Silaturahmi and Panel Discussion of the President of the Republic of Indonesia with the Chancellors and Leaders of State and Private Universities. The activity was held in the courtyard of the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta.
Starting the meeting, the Presidential Secretariat presented various results of the government’s work during the past 130 days. Various plans, achievements and future challenges were presented on that occasion.
Starting the event, Prabowo expressed his gratitude for the presence of all the invitees. The President wanted to convey and explain the various results that had been worked on so far and that would be worked on by the government in the future. In addition, the President also explained the current situation in Indonesia and at the global level.
“On this occasion, I invite university leaders to convey various results that have been worked on and that will be worked on by the government. I will also convey the conditions and circumstances that apply both in Indonesia and globally.
