Towards the end of 2020, UB Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Nuhfil Hanani AR, MS inaugurated 90 functional officials according to the strict COVID-19 health protocol.
The inauguration and oath of office of functional officials were held on Wednesday (30/12/2020) at the Student Culture Building.
This event was also held on a limited basis and was only represented by four functional officials who were sworn in.
The inauguration of functional officers is based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 111896 s / d 114144 / A.A3 / KP 2020 concerning Appointment through Equalizing Administrative Positions into Functional Positions.
Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nuhfil Hanani AR, MS in his remarks to the newly appointed Functional Officials that this change of position becomes the basis for performance to be more professional in order to boost UB achievements in the future.
“This is a simultaneous history throughout Indonesia, because the regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture equalizes administrative officials to functional in order to increase the performance of the institution with a bureaucratic process that is fast, efficient, clean and serves,” said Prof. Nuhfil.
He also advised all appointed functional officials both offline and online to maintain health protocols to avoid exposure to the COVID-19 virus. (DMS / Humas UB/ Trans. Iir)
