The Integrity Zone Team of the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya (ZI FILKOM UB) held a coordination meeting approaching the visitation, Friday (19/3/2024) in G building FILKOM UB. This activity was attended by the dean, Prof. Ir. Wayan Firdaus Mahmudy, S.Si., M.T., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Administration and Finance, head of the IZ FILKOM UB team, Ir. Agus Wahyu Widodo, S.T., M.Cs., Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Student Entrepreneurship, Drs. Muh. Arif Rahman, M.Kom.
In his speech, the dean hoped that the IZ team would pay attention to the quality of service to stakeholders, provide the best and do not ignore the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM).
In his direction, Ir. Agus Wahyu Widodo, S.T., M.Cs emphasized that IZ is not just about filling in and completing the Evaluation Worksheet (LKE), but there is effort and consistency from lecturers and education staff in complying with the implementation of the points in the LKE. Long before there was an active echo of IZ development towards a Corruption Free Area and a Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBK/WBBM), FILKOM had implemented points in the LKE area, but efforts to strengthen and consistently need to be made.
The coordination meeting continued with coordinator reports from 6 IZ areas, namely Change Management, System Arrangement and Apparatus HR Management, Organizational Strengthening and Management Arrangement, Quality and Public Service Improvement, Accountability, and Supervision.
