The Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya (FIKES UB) held the peak of its 3rd Anniversary with the theme “Happy, Healthy, and Achieving”. The event, which was held at FIKES UB campus, was full of happiness and enthusiasm, even though it was hit by heavy rain.
Led by the chief executive, Dr. Ns. Lilik Supriati, S.Kep., M.Kep, this event presented a series of interesting activities. The fun walk opened the agenda, led directly by Prof. Dian Handayani, S.KM., M.Kes., Ph.D, as the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences UB. With a fun route, this fun walk became a symbol of the spirit of togetherness and a healthy lifestyle for all participants.
The excitement of the event was even more felt with the energetic performance of FIKES UB Home Band, which opened the event with captivating music. The atmosphere was even more lively with the presence of a special guest star, @gerrhasan, who not only performed stunningly as an MC but also brought joy throughout the event.
One of the special moments in this event was the tumpeng cutting procession, led by the Vice Deans of the Faculty of Health Sciences UB. The tumpeng cutting was a symbol of gratitude for the achievements of FIKES UB over the past three years and hopes for greater progress in the future.
Even though it was drenched by heavy rain, the enthusiasm of the participants remained high. “I really appreciate the extraordinary enthusiasm of all participants, the committee, and everyone involved even though it was pouring rain. This is proof that our togetherness is not easily shaken,” said Dr. Ns. Lilik Supriati, S.Kep., M.Kep, Chairperson of the 3rd Anniversary of FIKES UB.
Meanwhile, the Dean of FIKES UB, Prof. Dian Handayani, S.KM., M.Kes., Ph.D, in her speech conveyed her hopes for FIKES UB. “This 3rd Anniversary is a moment of reflection for all of us. With the spirit of ‘Happy, Healthy, and Achievement,’ I hope that FIKES UB will continue to produce innovations and real contributions for society,” she said.
This event is not only an entertainment event, but also strengthens the togetherness of FIKES UB academic community in creating a healthy, happy, and high-achieving atmosphere. The theme of “Happy, Healthy, and Achievement” that is carried is a reminder of FIKES UB’s commitment to inspiring health and achievement in society.
