PPID Held SAQ Data and Document Workshop

The Center of Information and Data Processing Universitas Brawijaya (PPID) holds a workshop on SAQ data and documents in order to prepare data and documents for public information disclosure monitoring, which is held annually by the central information commission. The activity is carried out online, Tuesday (27/4/2021).

Vice Rector II, Prof. Gugus Irianto explained that information disclosure is a commitment from the leadership so that it becomes a duty of all employees to maintain, secure and implement in the field.

“Hence, if it is possible, don’t stop at being informative but informative plus in the future. Open to the public but within the limits of the rules, “said the former Dean of FEB.

He added, there are several stages of strategy carried out by UB in achieving information disclosure. The first is to develop Aspiration-absorbing media, for example by using e-complaint, SKM applications, help desk-information service room.

Second, developing media to deliver information through UB TV and radio, channel 24, social media.

Third, developing information disclosure applications in the hands of stakeholders through PPID Android-based applications and other applications such as SCO.

The Head of PIDK UB, Zulfaidah Penata Gama, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D, added that the target of Public Information Disclosure is synergy with the target of leadership performance in 2021.

Zulfaidah also explained that the public information disclosure assessment will assess how the performance is for one year.

“The assessment method starts from the first stage to presentation with the principles of measurable, objective, accountable, participatory, transparent, and sustainable. Everything that has been uploaded must have supporting data, “she said.

Zulfaidah hopes that in filling SAQ, it is not only from PIDK who is active in PPID but all components in UB are expected to participate.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Information Services, Dr. Sugiarto, ST. MT. provides material regarding the data and information requirements needed in filling out the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ).

“The SAQ contains general questions related to the implementation of public information disclosure and must be accompanied by supporting data entries that are based on real conditions in the field to public agency, “he said.

SAQ is filled in by PIDK as PPID assistant for supporting implementation based on data and data sources in UB. (OKY / Humas UB/ Trans. Iir).
