General and Personnel Bureau held a handover event of certificate of employment to 259 non civil servant permanent administration staff at University of Brawijaya (UB) surroundings on Monday (23/May/2016). The event held at UB TV studio.
Previously, the 259 administration staff already had an education, training and development of Non Civil Servant Prospective Permanent Administration Staff that organized at UB on 25-27 November 2014 at Batu Suki Hotel, Batu.
UB’s Head of Personnel Division, Mulyaningwati, S.Sos., M.AB explained that 259 Non Civil Servant Permanent administration staff originated from Faculty of Law (16), Faculty of Economics and Business (5), Faculty of Administrative Science (14), Faculty of Agriculture (13), Faculty of Animal Husbandry (2), Faculty of Engineering (13), Faculty of Medicine (19), Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science (4), Faculty of Natural Sciences (1), Faculty of Agricultural Technology (3), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (27), Faculty of Cultural Studies (2), Veterinary Program (6), Vocational Program (3), Faculty of Computer Science (27) and the Main Office (104).
Of 259, selected the 10 best administration staff such as Aulia Riska Iastika (Polyclinic, the Main Office), Dwi Ari Ningsih (Faculty of Law), Yohan Wicaksono (UB Media, the Main Office), Ali Manshur (UB Press, The Main Office), Dwi Pratiwi Nurjanah (Faculty of Medicine), Fahron Dakka (Faculty of Law), Diaz Mufida (Faculty of Administrative Science), Dwi Anfiyas Kurniawan (UB Media, The Main Office), Siswoyo (UB Media, The Main Office), Arsi Ardini (Faculty of Social and Political Science).
In his address, Vice Rector II on General and Finance Affairs Dr. Sihabudin, SH., MH congratulated of the success to obtain status as Non Civil Servant Permanent Employees.
Meanwhile, Head of General and Personnel Bureau, Drs. Kusnadi, M.Si urged the staff to work better. “I hope Gentlemen, Ladies could work confidently, quiet, comfortable and properly and so could be focused. And with focus, the employee’s performance will increase,” he said.
