“Thanks to you, I came to know that there are many potential children in this village. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have known that Sinta (the student who did the story telling during the art performance) could do story telling, I just found out that she is talented,” said Pudjo.

There are a total of six work programs from FBD Jantra group 33, with 5 supporting work programs that are combined from several study programs, namely Cultural Literacy through Arts and Literature, Writing Literacy as an Increase in Self-awareness in Generation Z, Introduction to Democracy and Contemporary Literacy, Digitalization of Administration, and Dissemination of Culture through Digital Media Literacy.

The first three work programs target school children from elementary to high school levels. The Cultural Literacy through Arts and Literature work program aims to increase the understanding and interest of village youth in the fields of culture and arts, so that Sitiarjo village can have successors who maintain and preserve the village’s culture and arts.

The purpose of the Writing Literacy work program as an Increase in Self-awareness in Generation Z is to help children recognize their talents and potential, improve writing literacy from an early age, and recognize and preserve national culture, both on a regional, provincial, and national scale.

In addition to the fields of arts, culture, and literature, FBD UB 33 also provides insight into politics, democracy, and leadership through the Introduction to Democracy and Contemporary Literacy work program. This work program is carried out by holding insight seminars on democracy, educating political figures in the form of mini games, socializing contemporary literacy, and socializing contemporary literacy work programs for conversation and pronunciation practices.

FBD UB 33 also implements work programs related to technology, namely Digitalization of Administration and Dissemination of Culture through Digital Media Literacy. The Administrative Digitalization work program aims to introduce and explain the importance of digitalization, introduce digital technology in the era of modernization, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administration through technology, and increase insight into the use of technology.

Meanwhile, the Cultural Dissemination work program through Digital Media Literacy is carried out by promoting the potential of arts, culture, and tourism in Sitiarjo village so that it can be known by the wider community. This work program is implemented by creating content related to culture and art. Instagram and Tiktok @visitiarjo are presented again to share information related to the potential of Sitiarjo village.

Participatory support from village officials and residents plays a major role in the success of all work programs. FBD UB Group 33 hopes that all work programs that have been implemented can provide benefits, real contributions and positive impacts to all residents of Sitiarjo Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District.
