Foreign Students from Vietnam and Thailand Participate in the Learning Process at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB

A total of 15 foreign students from universities in Vietnam and Thailand arrived at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), Thursday (31/8/2023). They consisted of four students from the Faculty of Animal Science, Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Hanoi, Vietnam, 7 students from Maejo University, Thailand, and four students from Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), Thailand.

They are participants who passed the selection in the student inbound program, namely foreign students who will take part in learning for two months at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB. During lectures they will join class S, which is a special English language class.

A welcome reception was given by the Dean, Vice Deans I and III, Chair and staff of the International Relations Office (IRO) Unit in the Dean’s meeting room, 8th floor. On the first day of arrival at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, participants were introduced to the leadership and taken on a tour to visit classrooms, units and facilities that would help carry out learning activities. Meanwhile, lecture activities will start Friday (1/9/2023) offline.

Prof. M. Halim as the Dean said that through the student inbound program it is hoped that it will be able to increase the reputation of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB at the international level which will have an impact on increasing UB’s world rank. As well as increasing brand credibility while opening insight and international networks for students.
