Master of Business Administration Conduct Curriculum Benchmarking with Mannheim Business School Germany

The Lecturer Works (DOKAR) Team of the Master of Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Administrative Sciences (MAB FIA UB), conducted curriculum benchmarking with Mannheim Master in Management, Mannheim Business School, Germany.

Representative of MAB FIA UB team, Swasta Priambada, Ph.D, met with Annabel Muller, M.Sc., and Christina Paul, M.A., from the International Office Mannheim Business School to discuss the potential for further collaboration. Before discussing the curriculum of the Masters Program at both universities, the delegation from MAB FIA UB and Mannheim Business School introduced each other to the profiles of their respective study programs.

“Mannheim Business School has a postgraduate program, namely the Mannheim Master in Management (MMM) and the MBA program (part-time and full-time). The MMM program has the potential to receive financial support from the German government for education costs. This visit also opens up opportunities for further collaboration, including guest lecture plans, such as presenting experts in digital transformation and digital innovation from the University of Mannheim,” said Swasta Priambada, Ph.D.

He added that this collaboration is in line with the curriculum plan of FIA ​​UB Masters of Business Administration, which will adopt courses related to information systems and digital innovation in various business functions, and is adjusted to the latest regulations, Permendikbud Ristek DIKTI No. 53, published in May 2024.
