LPP Holds Video Editor and Camera Operator Training

Video Editor and Camera Operator Training from the Indonesian Information Technology and Telecommunications Professional Certification Institute (LSPTIK) Surabaya

The Learning Activity and Technology Development Center (P2ATP) under the Brawijaya University Educational Development Institute (LPP-UB) held Video Editor and Camera Operator Training at the Alana Hotel, Majapahit Room, for two consecutive days, on (20/11-21/ 11/2023).

The speakers in this training were Ika Anggraeni and Deval Agrifarman from the Indonesian Information Technology and Telecommunications Professional Certification Institute (LSPTIK). They discuss various aspects related to expertise in the fields of Video Editing and Camera Operation, providing the latest insights and techniques that can be applied in developing learning content.

Head of the Center in the LPP UB environment, Chair of the Functional Position Group (KKJF) in LPP UB environment, one representative from each Faculty in Brawijaya University environment, and LPP Education Staff participated in this event. The activity report was submitted by KKJF Center for Development of Learning Activities and Technology (P2ATP) LPP UB, Ir. Dewi Hardiningtyas, S.T., M.T., MBA.

In his report, Ir. Dewi Hardiningtyas said that the main aim of this activity was as a form of support from LPP UB to improve learning content at Brawijaya University. With the development of learning innovation, UB is required to continue to increase the amount and quality of learning content in each faculty.

“One of the infrastructures that supports the implementation of learning content is fellow educational staff who can help lecturers to make learning videos. “Therefore, one of the efforts made is to organize this training by inviting competent resource persons from LSPTIK,” added Dewi

LPP Secretary, Dr. Siti Asmaul Mustaniroh, S.T.P., M.P, in opening the training, said that this activity would provide an understanding of communication and operational installations related to cameras, which is very important for determining the quality of the learning content.

“This activity is an output to support increasing competency for educational staff, as well as to support the number of study programs that are accredited both nationally and internationally. “This is in line with efforts to support UB’s vision to improve its international reputation,” said Siti
