FMIPA UB Integrity Zone TeamThe Integrity Zone (ZI) Team of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya (FMIPA UB) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) Makassar.
This activity took place on Monday, (11/18/2024), in the Meeting Room on the 3rd Floor of the Science Building, FMIPA UNHAS. The FMIPA UB IZ Team, chaired by Dra. Tri Ardyati, M.Agr., Ph.D., conveyed that the purpose of this visit was to find out the strategy for getting a high Evaluation Work Sheet (LKE) score and how to improve the mindset and work culture towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) in the FMIPA UNHAS environment.
The activity consisted of two agendas, namely the presentation of material on the development of the Integrity Zone at UNHAS, especially FMIPA, and the presentation of the results of the 2024 ZI LKE by the Dean of FMIPA UNHAS, Prof. Dr. Eng. Amiruddin, M.Sc. The second agenda was sharing the experiences of each area manager led directly by the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Khaeruddin, M.Sc.
“As part of the university’s IZ team, my team and I are committed to carrying out the best performance in the faculty. We also formed a special team to supervise, evaluate, and assess each Study Program related to gratification practices,” explained Amiruddin.
In the sharing session, area manager 1 of FMIPA UB IZ, Dian Siswanto, S.Si., M.Sc., M.Si., Ph.D had the opportunity to share directly with Dr. Herlina, S.Si related to change management, where UNHAS has the motto “Sapa, Layani, Tuntas (Greets, Serve, Complete)”. Area 2 Manager of FMIPA UB IZ, Dr. Ika Oktavia Wulandari, S.Si., M.Si held a discussion on the efficiency of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) administration. Meanwhile, Area 3 Manager, Fery Widhiatmoko, S.Pd., M.Sc (Apparatus Human Resource Management System Arrangement) also gained insight into competency-based employee development. Meanwhile, Area 4 Manager of ZI FMIPA UB, Nur Silviyah Rahmi, S.Si., M.Stat had the opportunity to share with Dr. Helmy Widyastuti, M.Si regarding Strengthening Accountability. Area 5 Manager Dr. Darmajid, S.Si., M.Si (Strengthening Supervision) discussed firm leadership using the principles: Forced, Ordinary, Culture. And in area 6 regarding Improving the Quality of Public Services, represented by Ika Wuriyanti, SE., M.M who is the secretary of FMIPA UB IZ and Head of the Academic, Student Affairs, Alumni, Cooperation, and Student Entrepreneurship Subdivision.
“Overall, the activity went very well and smoothly. In addition to comparative studies and sharing experiences, this activity also provides enthusiasm to work together to realize a university that fully supports the development of an integrity zone towards a corruption-free area (WBK) and a clean and serving bureaucratic area (WBBM),” concluded Ika Wuriyanti.
