In his speech, Dr. Aan Eko Widiarto, S.H., M.Hum., as Dean of FH welcomed this collaboration.

“The collaboration between FH and the Ministry of Finance in organizing this talk show is a very positive step in increasing students’ understanding of the role of law in infrastructure development,” said Dr. Aan.

The two main presenters at this event were Tony Prianto, Head of the Sub-directorate of Financial Institution Risk Mitigation and Risk Mitigation Instruments from the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR), and Eva Theresia Bangun, Head of the Financial Sector and Agreements Section of the Legal Bureau, Secretariat General, Ministry of Finance.

In his material, Tony Prianto conveyed the importance of risk mitigation in infrastructure development.

“Infrastructure development is a long-term investment that requires careful planning, including risk mitigation so that these projects can run smoothly,” he said.

Meanwhile, Eva Theresia Bangun discussed the role of legal aspects in infrastructure development through accountable fiscal policy. “An accountable fiscal policy requires a clear and supportive legal framework to ensure that the use of public funds in infrastructure development can be accounted for,” she said.

This talk show is one of FH’s concrete efforts to strengthen synergy with external stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Finance, in order to make a real contribution to nation development. Hopefully this kind of event can continue to be held and provide great benefits for the development of science and the progress of the nation. (RMA/FH PR/OKY/UB PR/ Trans. Iir)
