The Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group (KBIHU) of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) has reportedly arrived in the Holy Land. They have arrived at Jabal Tsur and Jabal Rohmah. All KBIHU UB participants have begun carrying out a series of Hajj pilgrimage events. All are in good physical and mental health to carry out the Hajj pilgrimage activities.
As it is known, in 2024 there are 62 pilgrims consisting of five UB families while 57 are from outside UB, joined by KBIHU UB. All pilgrims were released by the Center for Religious Guidance of Universitas Brawijaya (PPA UB) at the Fatahillah Mosque, 5th floor, UB Rectorate Building on May 13.
The hajj pilgrims from KBIHU UB are part of group 23 which has been scheduled to depart on May 16. Before departure, all prospective hajj pilgrims have received various manasik guidance for three months. The materials provided include hajj and umrah manasik, morals during the hajj, how to deal with the journey from home to the holy land, morals on the plane, morals at pilgrimage sites, and so on.
