The Head of PJM UB National Accreditation Division, Dr. Slamet Wahyudi, S.T., M.T. was inaugurated as a member of the Executive Board of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN PT) for the period 2021-2026. The inauguration procession was carried out by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Ir. Suharti, M.A., Ph.D, Tuesday (30/11/2021).
Slamet was elected as a member of the Executive Board for the development of accreditation instruments for study programs and universities after going through several selections.
“Some of the requirements in applying as a member of the Executive Board, include understanding or experience in the management of Higher Education; have experience in the field of higher education quality assurance; does not have affiliation and/or become a member of a political party; free from the use and association with narcotics and other addictive substances; get permission from the college leader; and have insight and commitment to improving the quality and relevance of higher education,” said the former VD III FT.
With the election of Slamet as a member of the Executive Board of BAN PT, he hopes that he can add the quality culture of UB in accordance with the responsibilities carried out so that it can exceed the national standard of Higher Education.
