UB Communications student, Ferdian Candra Maulana feels grateful that he can be chosen as Joko of Malang Regency 2021. Because he admits that this is the first time he has participated in the event.
“Of course I feel Alhamdulillah, I am grateful that I can be given the trust to become Joko of Malang Regency in 2021,” said Ferdian, Thursday (11/18/2021).
Although this is the first time he has participated in Joko Roro event in Malang Regency, he is sure that participating in the event will be able to develop his potential in the field of Master Ceremony and arts.
“Finally, through several considerations, I ventured to take part in this event and Alhamdulillah, I was able to be chosen as the winner,” said Ferdian.
After being selected, the student of Communication Science 2018 will immediately move with the 2021 community regarding future programs.
“Our main goal is to improve and promote tourism in Malang Regency. And of course this is a mandate that my friends and I must carry out in the future to make Joko Roro even better, “continued Ferdian.
But personally, Ferdian already has a program as long as he is trusted as Joko of Malang Regency. The focus is to increase tourism vlogs.
“It is 5.0 era currently, of course, digitization is very closely related to our tourism,” he said.
According to Ferdian, tourism vlogs will be able to attract tourists and increase the curiosity of tourists to come, especially those in Malang Regency.
“I believe the natural beauty of Malang Regency is 10 times more beautiful than just captured by a camera,” he said.
Even Ferdian has also prepared persuasive sentences in English so that tourists flock to visit Malang Regency.
“What are you waiting for? This is an invitation for you to come to Malang regency and fell the unexpected natural beauty,” he said.
