Head of the International Relations Office (IRO) of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), Prof. Veronica Margareta Ani Nurgiartiningsih, accompanied by the secretary Dr. Irida Novianti, made a visit to the Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Hanoi, Vietnam, Monday-Wednesday (22/5-24/5/2023). The visit was part of a series of expansions of international cooperation with VNUA which had existed since 2018.
One of the realizations of the collaboration is the holding of a student inbound program, namely VNUA students will take part in learning at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB. Interview selection was carried out directly by Prof. VM. Ani and Dr. Irida, and obtained four selected students from the Faculty of Animal Science, VNUA. They will take part in the Inbound Program in the odd semester of 2023/2024.
The Student Inbound program is carried out with the support of PNBP Fapet UB funds and DAPT funds (Higher Education Endowment Fund) Grants in the World Class University program, UB. Prof. Ani said that the implementation of the Student Inbound Program was expected to be able to improve the reputation of Fapet UB at the international level which would have an impact on increasing UB’s world rank.
