Housing Exhibition Festival to Celebrate National Awakening Day at the Faculty of Law

Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya (FH UB) Holds a Housing Exhibition event starting from 20-22 May 2024

Coinciding with National Awakening Day, Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya (FH UB) held a Housing Exhibition which took place on (20/5-22/5/2024) at the Democracy Platform, C Building of FH UB.

The Housing Exhibition event which was attended by 16 housing developers in Malang Raya was opened with remarks from the Dean of UB Faculty of Law, Dr. Aan Eko Widiarto, S.H., M.Hum. In his speech, he thanked DWP FH for organizing this event.

“I thank the DWP FH management for organizing an event like this. Usually this exhibition is what young lecturers are looking for when hunting for a place to live. “As an old lecturer, I’m definitely jealous why when I was young there wasn’t an event like this,” joked Dr. Aan laughed.

“We hope that this exhibition can help the public regarding the housing options available in Malang and Batu areas. In addition, this activity also aims to strengthen the ties between the extended family of UB Faculty of Law and the surrounding community,” he added.

Free Health Check from Kimia Farma 453 Sutoyo

Apart from housing exhibition, this event was also enlivened by various other activities. One of them is a free health check from Kimia Farma 453 Sutoyo which is available for visitors. This service was welcomed enthusiastically by the people who attended.

“This free health check really helps us to find out our health condition without having to pay additional costs,” said one visitor.

Bazaar of accessories, snacks and drinks in a series of housing exhibitions at FH UB

Furthermore, a snack and drink bazaar also enlivened this event. Various types of food and drinks are sold at affordable prices, adding to the lively atmosphere of the exhibition.

“We provide various kinds of local snacks and drinks that visitors can enjoy. Hopefully it can be a pleasant experience for all who come,” said one of the sellers at the bazaar.

With a series of diverse and useful activities, it is hoped that this Housing Exhibition Festival will be able to make a positive contribution to the people of Malang and Batu and create awareness of the importance of having decent and healthy housing.
