Universitas Brawijaya, Thursday (22/6/2023), together with PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk signed a collaboration. The signing was carried out by both parties between UB Rector Prof. Widodo, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.Med.Sc and Main Director of Bank Muamalat Indra Falatehan.
After the signing, Bank Muamalat handed over grants in the form of two Expander brand cars, one laptop and one printer unit.
In his speech, the Chancellor hoped to cooperate further with Bank Muamalat. “Our hope is not just financing, but I think that blessing is also important,” he said.
As conveyed by the Chancellor, he hopes that Bank Muamalat can provide a program for financing UKT (Single Tuition Fee) for students. “Sometimes when you want to pay when you don’t have money, you can help that too. On other campuses there is cooperation with banks to finance UKT,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Director of Bank Muamalat said that their presence in UB really wants to support UB.
“Our Mobile Banking has a payment facility for Universitas Brawijaya in the process, hopefully it will go live soon,” he said.
