Collaborating with Malaysia, TIP FTP Held 3 in 1 Program

 

Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) runs a 3 in 1 program for a whole week (31/10-7/11/2022) with Malaysian academics.

Secretary of the Department of Agricultural Industrial Technology (TIP) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology in his presentation explained that currently FTP is exploring cooperation with AMR Environmnetal Sdn Bhd. Malaysia in the field of research to join research. Meanwhile, the arrival of Prof. Dr. Hasfalina Che Man as the implementation of the MoU between the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Brawijaya.

During the program, lectures were held for TIP FTP students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels for the field of waste technology according to their respective fields of science, namely Downstream Biotechnology and Agricultural Waste Management and Technology. In addition, there are also industrial visits to PT. Indolakto Purwosari.

3 in 1 program is an educational program of Universitas Brawijaya in optimizing the quality of graduates while increasing UB’s international ranking. Through a program that allows a course to be taught by internal lecturers, foreign lecturers and practitioners from the industrial world, it aims to make students gain the latest scientific insights globally from various countries and their applications in the industrial world. Presenting Prof. Dr. Mohd Rashid bin Mohd Yusof (AMR Environmental Sdn Bhd. Malaysia – Australia) and Prof. Dr. Hasfalina Che Man (University Putra Malaysia – Malaysia), this 3 in 1 program is implemented at the Department of Agricultural Industrial Technology, Waste Technology Science cluster.
