Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Universitas Brawijaya officially cooperates with FISIP Mulawarman University.

This collaboration was inaugurated on Tuesday (16/5/2023) in FISIP UB building. The inauguration of this collaboration was part of a series of visits by FISIP Mulawarman University.

The Dean of FISIP, Mulawarman University, Dr. H Muhammad Noor., M.Sc, admitted that the collaboration between the two parties would develop several things, one of which was MBKM.

“Of course we will learn a lot from friends in FISIP UB. We can collaborate a lot in the future,” said Muhammad Noor.

Meanwhile, Dean of FISIP Universitas Brawijaya Malang, Anang Sujoko S.Sos., M.Sc., D.COMM said that currently the focus of the faculty is to be able to get international accreditation in all study programs. Moreover, this is a campus demand that has PTNBH.

“As a PTNBH campus, it is not only BAN PT and LAN that must be passed but also entry into international bodies, we are currently in the process of getting there,” he said.

According to Anang Sujoko, the collaboration between the two faculties does not mean that FISIP UB is like a teacher because everyone is still in the learning process. “So we just share information, complement each other,” he said.

After the inauguration of the collaboration, the two parties held discussions. FISIP Unmul asked a lot about the history of FISIP and policies regarding research funding and community service. In addition, it also discussed how FISIP has been conducting MBKM and obtaining superior accreditation in all study programs. (Humas FISIP/ Humas UB/ Trans. Iir)
