Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University (FILKOM UB) together with XL Axiata Tbk. exploring collaboration in the field of competency of undergraduate student graduates Friday, (1/12/2023).
In this activity, from FILKOM were the Chair of the Informatics Engineering Department, Secretary of the Informatics Engineering Department, Quality Assurance Unit (UJM), and Chair of the Computer Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, Chair of the Computer Science Masters Study Program, Chair of the Informatics Engineering Undergraduate Study Program represented by Kasyful Amron, S.T., M.Sc.
Meanwhile, XL Axiata was represented by Aztia Pertiwi Damukuto, (Head of Talent Acquisition), Rizaldi Baharuddin, (Head of Rewards Management), and Fransdana Nadeak, (Data Scientist).
The meeting lasted for approximately two hours and went smoothly and resulted in discourse that was beneficial to both parties, including related to human resource needs at PT XL Axiata, and the competency prospects of FILKOM graduates in the next five years.
Achmad Basuki, S.T., M.MG., Ph.D. as Head of Informatics Engineering Department, hopes that the learning outcomes obtained by fresh graduates can be useful in the world of work, including having a career at XL Axiata.
