Dean of Faculty of Cultural Studies of Brawijaya University periods of 2013-2017 will end his tenure. This is followed up with the formation of Selection Committee of Candidate Dean. Serving as Head of Committee is Efrizal, MA. Efrizal expected the committee’s works can run maximally and transparent and so able to produce legal decision in law perspective and meet the expectations of the all parties.
For the need of socialization and work transparency, the committee provides “Pildek Corner” which is located in building A of the faculty. In this room, all of the academic communities can access information around the Dean’s selection process. Until 22 September 2017, at least there are some information can be accessed via Pildek corner, including information on requirements of the candidate dean, timeline of the candidate dean selection, and documents for administrative selection of candidate dean.
The selection committee’s works were divided in eight working steps such as an open announcement, registration of prospective dean, returning of the willingness form to become prospective dean, administrative selection, determining the name of the candidate dean, campaign, and election.
