
The Faculty of Law of the National University of Jakarta (FH UNAS) held a comparative study to the Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya (FH UB) on Thursday (9/1/2024) to study the curriculum and student management that have been managed and developed well at FH UB.
This comparative study was led by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of UNAS, Dr. Mustakim, SH, MH, CMC, CCD, along with a number of lecturers and staff. The delegation from UNAS was warmly welcomed by the leadership of UB Faculty of Law in the Auditorium on the 6th floor of A Building of UB Faculty of Law.

In his remarks, Dr. Mustakim hopes that this comparative study can provide new insights and enrich academic practices at UNAS Faculty of Law.
“We want to learn from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya, which has been known as one of the best law faculties in Indonesia. Our focus is to study the outcome-based education (OBE) curriculum implemented here and how student management can create competitive students at the national and international levels,” said Dr. Mustakim.
During the activity, the UNAS group was invited to discuss the implementation of the curriculum at UB Faculty of Law, especially in supporting student learning achievements. In addition, they were also invited to get to know more closely various student activities such as internal student organizations, community service programs, and international legal competitions that UB students routinely participate in.
Through this comparative study, the Faculty of Law of the National University of Jakarta hopes to adopt the best practices that have been implemented by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya in order to improve the quality of legal education in Indonesia. (rma/FH PR/ UB PR/ Trans. Iir)
