The Institute for Educational Development and Quality Assurance Universitas Brawijaya (LP3M UB) held a Forum Group Discussion (FGD), Friday (30/10/2021). The activity which was held at Ijen Suites Resort & Convention discussed “Finalization of the work program of the Center for Academic and Professional Education Development (P3AP) at LP3M as a supporter of UB’s performance indicators”.
Head of P3AP, Dr. eng. Widya Wijayanti, S.T., M.T said that this FGD was held to relevance the results of research and community service that had been carried out by lecturers to be used as input for learning materials.
“So, the output produced from lecturers’ research and community service is not limited to reports, but there are benefits for education or the student learning process,” said Widya.
This activity was attended by the Center of Quality Assurance, the Center of Education Relevance Development (P2RP), the Center of Learning Activities and Technology Development (P2ATP), and the Head of Quality Assurance Group for all faculties.
Some of the materials discussed including the presentation of P3AP performance achievement documents in 2021, presentation of research and community service output monitoring and evaluation indicator documents for learning materials, presentation of revised SOP documents for opening and closing study programs, as well as presentation of counseling service academic documents.
P3AP Secretary, Dr. Dra. Ani Budi Astuti, M.Si hopes that with this activity a monitoring and evaluation indicator document can be made that can be used as a reference for faculties and study programs to monitor the results of research and community services that have been carried out by lecturers.
“With this monitoring and evaluation indicator document, lecturer activities are expected to get results as expected, and the benefits for student learning development can be monitored properly,” concluded Ani. [Irene/ Humas UB/ Trans. Iir]
