The Public Consultation Forum regarding the Review of Service Standards for the Human Resources, Organization and Legal Bureau (SDMOH) of the Ministry of PANRB was successfully held on Friday (28/6/2024). This event took place at the Democracy Platform, Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya (FH UB) and was attended by various stakeholders and academics.
In this activity, two main speakers provided a comprehensive presentation regarding public service standards. They are Ria Casmi Arrsa, S.H., M.H., lecturer in Constitutional Law (HTN) FH UB, and Bahrul Ulum Annafi, S.H., M.H., lecturer in State Administrative Law (HAN) FH UB.
Ria Casmi Arrsa highlighted the importance of transparency and accountability in preparing service standards.
“Public service standards must reflect the principles of good governance. Transparency and accountability are key to ensure that the services provided to the community meet their expectations and needs,” said Ria.
Meanwhile, Bahrul Ulum Annafi underlined the need for active community participation in this process.
“Involving the public in reviewing service standards not only improves service quality, but also builds public trust in the government. Active participation from various elements of society will create more comprehensive and responsive standards,” said Bahrul.
This event is part of efforts from the Ministry of PANRB to continue to improve the quality of public services through active stakeholder involvement.
