Fapet UB and Unsoed Collaborates to Implement MBKM

Online MoU Signing between Fapet Unsoed about Tri Dharma of Higher Education

At the beginning of 2020, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) of the Republic of Indonesia launched the Inependent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM- Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) policy, which is giving flexibility to students to be able to develop their potential widely.

So, the learning emphasizes on student exchanges, teaching assistance in educational units, research, humanitarian projects, entrepreneurial activities, independent studies or independent projects, building villages or thematic real work lectures, and internships / work practices.

These efforts are made to prepare the young generation to face the challenges of technological developments that have impact on changes in education, economy, social and work sectors.

Responding to this, Faculty of Animal Husbandry (Fapet) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) and Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed) have collaborated in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The agreement text was signed by Prof. Dr. Sc. Gr. Ir. Suyadi, MS, IPU., ASEAN Eng (Dean of Fapet UB) and Prof. Dr. Ismoyowati, S.Pt., MP (Dean of Fapet Unsoed) online at their respective places, Thursday (12/11/2020).

The form of cooperation is student exchange by providing opportunities for Fapet UB students to take education, research, and community service at Fapet Unsoed. Likewise, Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unsoed students can do Tri Dharma activities at Fapet UB. (dta/ Humas UB/ Trans. Iir)
