The OLIVIA socialization invited Prof. Dr. Agr. Hagus Tarno, SP., MP. who provided material on “Building Motivation towards achievement in the Puspresnas Program” on the sidelines of the activity.
The professor who was once an expert staff of VR III said that it is important to build motivation to compete as an initial step for students to be able to achieve in the internal campus and international scopes. “Motivation cannot appear suddenly but must be arranged and brought out from each individual, so here is a place to raise motivation from students to be able to participate in competitions at the national or international level,” he said.
