Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Brawijaya (FTUB) delegates won 4 gold and 4 bronze medals in Rector Cup 2021 which was held on February 6-7, 2021. Those achievements made FTUB runner up for this Annual Event.
“It such great honor for us. Out of the 24 representatives from eight categories, we manage to bring those 8 medals,” said Abdul Mudjib Sulaiman Wahid as the leader of the Rector Cup preparatory team.
This Mechanical Engineering 2018 student also share pride with the team and of course Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr.Eng. Ir. Denny Widhiyanuriyawan, ST., MT. He expressed also his appreciation to the 2020 freshmen.
“Thank God, FT is in the runner-up position this year. This is such an extraordinary achievement since the 2020 class is freshmen who have never interacted directly on campus with their friends, senior, or lecturers,” he said.
The morale spirit towards FT, he continued, has been shown with achievements. This is only the beginning, he is sure that in the future there will be a myriad of more achievements from the 2020 freshmen.
