Four FEB Students Win Best Paper at an Internasional Conference

Four students of the Doctoral Program in Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) won the best paper at the International Conference on Sustainability in Bali, Thursday (27/10/2022). A total of 65 articles were selected by the committee and the four students won best papers in various categories.

Ida Ayu Buddhananda Munidewi won Best Paper in the Non Mainstream Research Method Category, Soelchan Arief Effendi won Best Paper in the Research Findings Category, I Gusti Ayu Agung Omika Dewi won Best Paper in the Research Novelty Category, and Nur Anisah won Best Paper in the Research Contributions to Category Practices.

Prof. Eko Ganis as KPS S3 Accounting is grateful that there are four students who can contribute in winning the best paper at the international level. According to him, this can be a new spirit for other students to continue to write articles and make a real contribution to UB and society through their best ideas.

“Next year, I really hope that the 8th International Conference on Sustainability will be even better than this year.

Prof. Eko Ganis also reminded the four students to continue to build other articles in order to produce higher quality dissertations and be able to publish in reputable international journals, “said Prof. Eko.

The G20 presidency has become a series of important academic activities, the collaboration of the International Conference on Sustainability in its 7th year between the National Center for Corporation Reporting (NCCR), Institute of Certified Sustainability Practicioners (ICSP), FEB Udayana University and FEB Universitas Brawijaya with the participation of speakers from 7 countries (USA, UK, Australia, Turkey, Libya, Iraq, and Indonesia) become a prestigious event to discuss sustainability (preserving environment, caring to the people, accelerating economy, utilizing technology, and implementing God consciousness).

“This G20 presidency is a rare moment held in Indonesia, we must take it very seriously for the success of the G20 nations in building Recover Together and Recover Stronger,” said Prof. Eko Ganis represents the Dean of FEB UB in his speech.
