A lecturer at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), Faizal Andri, S.Pt., M.Pt., received an award for the “Best Presenter” category at an international seminar called “The 2nd International Joint Graduate Seminar on Animal Science 2021″.
It is an online international seminar organized by the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Saturday (12/06/2021). The seminar was attended by 141 participants from various countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Taiwan, Iran, and Denmark.
On the occasion, Faizal presented a paper on evaluating the effectiveness of the use of phytobiotic nanoparticles on the growth of broiler chickens using meta-analysis method. According to him, the use of phytobiotic nanoparticles can effectively increase the growth of broiler chickens and has the potential to be used as feed additives to replace antibiotics.
