In realizing the integrity of public information services in the university environment, the Information and Public Relations Division of Universitas Brawijaya (DIK UB) held a coordination meeting for the Preparation of Semester I and II Performance Reports, Evaluation of Quarter III Achievement Reports and Information and Public Relations Strategy 2025, Tuesday (29/10).
Head of DIK, Zulfaidah Penata Gama S.Si, M.Si, Ph.D when opening the event said that this activity was to analyze and improve the capacity of each subdivision in DIK, namely the Public Data and Information Services Subdivision, the Complaint Handling and Satisfaction Survey Subdivision, and the Public Relations Subdivision through the draft Performance Report (Lakin) for the 2024 period.
“Through this meeting, each Subdivision Head explained the performance achievements in each subdivision, we discussed what programs have not been achieved and the obstacles. The output of this activity is the completion of the 2024 Lakin draft,” said Zulfaidah.
The Lakin contains activity progress, identification of subdivision problems/obstacles so that they can be adjusted to their respective problem solving. This is an indicator in preparing strategic steps, and setting performance targets in the coming year.
“The realization of DIK’s performance achievements in 2023 has met the target of 125 percent, and in 2024 it is expected that the performance achievement can increase to reach 150 percent,” she added.
DIK has carried out various performance achievements that are part of public services and information disclosure, such as managing responses to complaints in UB Care and LAPOR applications, assessments through the Public Satisfaction Survey, awards for Public Information Disclosure Ambassadors (KIP), UB’s participation in competitions at the national level Anugerah Media Humas (AMH) and Anugerah Humas Dikti (AHD), cooperation with national and international media, as well as university promotion and socialization through the Visit UB application and the Expo Education Fair.
