Head of the Data and Public Information Services Subdivision, Dr. Dra. Lely Indah Mindarti, M.Si. said that the activity is a routine agenda related to the ULIN award every year which is usually assessed by KIP regarding information transparency.
“In 2024, we have won the informative category six times in a row. We hope that in 2025 UB will still maintain the informative category,” she said.
The lecturer at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FIA) said that one of the things supports the ULIN Award is the website of each faculty related to information disclosure. In addition, the assessment aspects in Ulin award are almost the same as the KIP related to SAQ.
“There are several assessment aspects that will be included, namely infrastructure (availability of websites in each faculty), information quality aspects (digitization in the form of important links in the faculty such as feedback services at the university), and aspects of procurement of goods and services,” she said.
Lely gave an example of the infrastructure aspect, the assessment was carried out such as the availability of a waiting room, accessibility to inclusivity, brief profile information on faculty leaders, and the availability of service information at the faculty.
“Each of these aspects must be accompanied by supporting evidence in the form of photos or screen shots which will be assessed later,” she said.
Head of System and Application Sub-Directorate Ismiarta Aknuranda, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D. explained that the IT assessment parameters in the ULIN Award are performance, accessibility for disabilities, best practices, and optimization for search engines.
“Our assessment is a website that supports information services for digital transformation at UB,” she said.
