Malang, March 14, 2025 – The Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (UB), held a social service event by distributing food packages to the cleaning and security staff of the Faculty of Animal Science UB. The event took place at the Faculty’s Canteen in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The event was attended by the Chairwoman of Dharma Wanita Persatuan of the Faculty of Animal Science UB, Mrs. Jati Halim, along with DWP administrators. Also present was the Head of Administration of the Faculty of Animal Science UB, Aulia Dyan Rosi, S.AP., MAB., who expressed appreciation for this initiative. She emphasized that this social service is a form of concern and appreciation for the cleaning and security staff, who play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment at the Faculty of Animal Science UB.
In her speech, the Chairwoman of DWP, Mrs. Jati Halim, stated that this social service is a tangible manifestation of the spirit of solidarity and social concern of Dharma Wanita Persatuan, especially for those who play an important role in daily life at the Faculty of Animal Science UB.
“We hope that this assistance can slightly ease the burden and serve as an appreciation for the dedication of the staff in maintaining the cleanliness and security of our campus,” said Mrs. Jati Halim.
The event ran smoothly and was filled with gratitude. The beneficiaries were visibly happy to receive the food packages, which were symbolically handed over by DWP representatives. One of the cleaning staff representatives, Mr. Yunus, who is also the coordinator of the cleaning team at the Faculty of Animal Science UB, expressed his gratitude.
“We are very grateful to the DWP administrators and the Administration Office for appreciating us through the distribution of food packages, which we hope will be beneficial for us,” said Mr. Yunus.
The event concluded with a friendly gathering and group photo, symbolizing the strong bond between Dharma Wanita Persatuan and the cleaning and security staff of the Faculty of Animal Science UB.
