This innovation succeeded in getting the Best Innovation and Technology Paper Award at The 15th HISAS, Hokkaido Indonesian Association Scientifc Meeting Integrated Science For Attaining Indonesia’s Golden Generation in 2045 held in Hokkaido, Japan March 17-18, 2018.

“We created this tool to facilitate PMI’s work, for them to become one of the institutions in Indonesia that implement renewable innovation tools as one of the support of its performance,” said the Team Leader, Abu Hanifah Ramadhani

bingo2Reza Kemal Firdaus, one of BioTech Team Members added that this innovation can be used in various fields that have internet connectivity. “This tool is still using Light Dependent Resistor, we will add an Image Processing for more accurate results and we will do further research to make it better,” he said.

This tool is expected to facilitate remote areas to obtain blood stock easily. In addition to getting the Best Paper Award this tool gets an appreciation from one of the judges from Hokkaido University. “Before we left for study tour in Hokkaido, one of the judges suggested that this tool could be produced and applied in bulk,” Reza added.
