Anilac, a Business to Provide research Tools and Materials

Anilac (Animal Laboratory Care) is a business on providing tools and ingredients of experimental-animal treatment which based on PPDS (Post-Ordering Production and Delivery System) which is practical, effective and efficient.

They see that business on providing research tools is a prospective and great potential one. Products to be sold are such as mice cage, rice husk and mice feed (normal diet). Although products to be sold are still limited, Anilac product which is since February 2015 declared to be qualified for PKM-K (Students Creativity Program in subject of Entrepreneurship) funding continues to receive orders.

Endah, one of team members mentioned that among student research is experimental one which use experimental-animal and mice. Their complaints are usually related with limited time inpreparing resources for their research, and also not being accompanied with knowledge which is related with purchasing equipments and materials to support their research.

“Anilac offers convenience for researchers with a motto of the first to be practical which means consumers do not need to be bothered in preparing, just order and ready to application. The second is effective means that consumers need not to worry with specification of tools and materials since products to be offered meet the standards,” she said, Thursday (19/May/2016). The team’s third motto is efficient, which researchers will 8-fold saving times since commonly research preparation need times up to 2 hours.

In addition, Anilac product is sold in affordable price, ranges between 7,500 rupiahs until 20,000 rupiahs of each package. This affordable price will be adjusted with consumer segmentation including student researchers in Malang. They estimated that numbers of researcher numbers will increase annually and so influence Anilac marketing in the next periods.
