Head of BPBD Tuban, Drs Sudarmaji MM manage to achieve a doctorate in Sociology at FISIP Universitas Brawijaya, Monday (24/7/2023).
Sudarmaji earned his Doctor of Sociology degree after submitting his dissertation entitled The Influence of Organizational Culture and Welfare on Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Performance of State Civil Apparatuses in the Government of Tuban Regency.
In his research, Sudarmaji found organizational culture, welfare, work motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Tuban Regency Government.
In organizational culture, it has the weakest direct influence on ASN performance compared to welfare, work motivation and job satisfaction.
In addition, the influence of organizational culture on ASN performance is more indirect through work motivation than direct influence. Meanwhile, the influence of ASN welfare on ASN performance is almost balanced, both direct and indirect.
Interestingly, Dr Sudarmaji completed his studies in less than 3 years. He was appointed the 26th doctorate of the Sociology Study Program.
In his graduation speech, Sudarmaji thanked the promoter and co-promoter.
