The Vocational Faculty holds 3in1 program activities to increase student knowledge and eliminate gaps between the material being taught and what happens in the field. The activity by inviting practitioners was carried out in the 4th floor hall of Brawijaya Language Center. The activity was divided into two sessions. First session on (29/9-31/8/2023) and second session 2 on (4/9-6/9/2023).
Mukhammad Kholid Mawardi, S.Sos., M.A.B., Ph.D. as the Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Studies hopes that through these activities students can gain additional knowledge through the perspective of a practitioner.
“By continuing to apply innovative educational approaches such as the 3in1 program, the Vocational Faculty is trying to prepare students to be ready to face the demands of the ever-evolving world of work,” he said.
The 3in1 program is a teaching and learning process carried out by three speakers consisting of one speaker from UB’s internal lecturer, one speaker from practitioners according to the scientific field in each subject, and one speaker from abroad.
Senior Lecturer from MARA University of Technology namely Dr. Hafiza Besar Said. On the first day, they provide material on administrative concepts and administrative developments. On the second day, they provide material on administrative functions, and administration and organization, and on the third day, they provide material on management principles and administrative science in the digital era.
The next day Fajar Trang Bawono, ST, Founder and Owner of Indigroup Indonesia, who gave material on future Innovation and Business “Technopreneurship” and much more.
The 3in1 program is organized by the D3 Business Administration Study Program, Department of Business and Hospitality, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Brawijaya with the theme Vocational Business Administration: Entrepreneurship and the World of Work starting from 29 August to 31 August 2023. Then the second session takes place on 4 September until September 6, 2023.
