A total of 340 High Schools (SMA / SMK / MA / MAK) teachers in East Java participated in the socialization of UB entrance route which was held virtually on Wednesday (20/1/2021).
Vice Rector I for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Aulani’am, drh.DES., Said that UB tries to provide additional information about the complete student admission mechanism so that it can provide better understanding to the teachers at school. Aulani’am also emphasized the importance of friendship with the school.
“On this occasion, we from UB really hope that the relationship and intensive communication with you will continue to be improved and make UB the main choice of the best students,” said Aul.
Head of Archives and Public Relations Subdivision, Kotok Gurito, SE, delivered material on Information on the Entrance Selection System for State Universities by the Higher Education Entrance Test Institution (LTMPT).
Meanwhile, the Head of Academic Affairs of UB, Heri Prawoto Widodo, SSos.MAB explained how is the new student admission system in UB.
In his presentation, Heri said that SNMPTN, UTBK, and SBMPTN in 2021 were not much different from the previous year.
Meanwhile, for the Independent Path Selection, in 2021 it uses UTBK scores and academic achievements.
Selma UB socialization was attended by Principals and BK teachers for SMA / SMK / MA / MAK of Blitar Regency as many as 76 SMA schools, Pasuruan City as many as 22 schools, Pasuruan Regency 65 schools, Ngawi Regency 74 schools, Trenggalek Regency 51 schools, and Malang City 52 schools.

Registration and independent selection and Vocational UB are usually held after the results of SBMPTN are announced. Information regarding registration for independent and vocational selection will be announced via page: selma.ub.ac.id.
Re-registration for students who have been accepted by both SNMPTN and SBMPTN pathways will be determined further via the page: selma.ub.ac.id.
