Asked about UB’s readiness, Friday (26/4/2024), Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Imam Santoso said all facilities and rooms were ready.

InsyaAllah, UB as one of CBWE centers is all in a very ready position, seen from the readiness of the rooms, supporting facilities and infrastructure including the metal detectors, all of which are in a ready position,” he said.

Participants who will take part in CBWE before entering the room will be in the transit room first. After the door is opened and before entering the room, participants will be checked by metal detector officer.

“This is to anticipate cheating by participants, so in each room there will be metal detector officers who will carry out checks,” said the Executive Coordinator, Heri Prawoto, S.Sos., M.A.B.

Hery added that participants entered the room only bringing their participant cards, graduation certificates and personal identification. Then they are not allowed to bring stationery, watches and cellphones.
