Prof. Kusmanto receives souvenirs from UMY
Faculty of Agriculture Brawijaya University received a visit from Agro-Eco-Technology Program of Faculty of Agriculture Muhammadiyah University of Malang on Wednesday (9/Jan/2019) at 6th floor of Senate Hall, Faculty of Agriculture Central building. The group consists of seven members was led by Vice Dean I of Faculty of Agriculture Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, Dr. Susanawati, S.P., M.P. They were open welcomed by Vice Dean I of Faculty of Agriculture Brawijaya University Prof. Kuswanto, Vice Dean II Luqman Qurata Aini, Ph.D. Also attended the event Head of Agro-Eco-Technology Program Dr. Agr. Nunun Barunawati and Head of Agribusiness Program Dr. Agustina Shinta, S.P., M.P.

In his remarks, Vice Dean I of Faculty of Agriculture, in addition to welcome and appreciate the visit, he delivered that the success of two programs at Faculty of Agriculture in AUN-QA certification achievement is a very long work through a quiet long process and supports of all Faculty of Agriculture elements.

"We started the process since 2016 towards AUN-QA, initiated with visits and preparing the required documents. Until finally at the beginning of 2018 we had AUN-QA visitation. Alhamdulillah, if we have trust to share this experience and information to all colleagues at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta," said Kuswanto.

Furthermore, Vice Dean I of Faculty of Agriculture Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta delivered the visit aimed at a comparative study for a benchmarking on AUN-QA at Agro-Eco-Technology Program of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. Since, Faculty of Agriculture Brawijaya University is inaccordance with our competence to share knowledge and experience on process towards AUN-QA certification. In the relaxed event, was filled with discussion, starts from technical matters until non-technical on how Aun-QA certification process is. Head of Agro-Eco-Technology Program of Faculty of Agriculture Dr. Agr. Nunun Barunawati, presented a lot of explanation about the process from the beginning until the program can obtain AUN-QA certification, especially on how the documents are really prepared.
