Mechanical Engineering Released Contingent of Three Competitions

Friday, November 2, 2018; UB's Faculty of Engineering dispatches three Mechanical Engineering contingents to three National competitions. The three competitions include the 2018 Energy Saving Car Contest (KMHE), The 2018 Indonesian Flying Robot Contest (KRTI), and the 10th Indonesian Electric Car Contest (KMLI).

On this occasion the Nogo Naresworo car was launched, this electric car will launch for the first time at the KMLI X event held at the Bandung State Polytechnic on November 14-17, 2018. The blue car assembled for 9 months will be escorted by all UB Machine TKG teams with the guidance of Mr. Nurkholis, ST., M.Eng., Dr.Eng.

Come to release and dispatch the team on that Friday morning, Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Djarot Bangun Darmadi, Ph.D. "Make all the hard work that has been passed as a lesson, there is nothing in vain if you do something seriously. Balance your effort and prayer!" he said.

Under the guidance of Dr. Eko Siswanto, ST., MT, Brawijaya APATTE 62 Team managed to qualify as a finalist and has the right to compete in KMHE 2018 on November 27 to December 1, 2018, at Padang State University. This time the team brought three cars, Aristo EV VI in the Electric Prototype Category, Marsela 3 evo 4 in the Urban Ethanol Category, and Marsela 3 Evo 3 in the Electric Urban Category.

As for the 2018 KRTI which was held on 5-10 November 2018, the team brings Aryasatya62. This white flying robot is the work of M Zaky Setiansyah, Disya Anjas Hidayat, Apollo Ode Rea H., Burhanuddin Candra Wijaya, Avissena Izhar Mafazi, and Made Sandya Devananda with the supervisor Dr.Eng Moch. "The 9-month research struggle will be at stake in the 5 days of competition, please keep up the spirit, do it according to the plans that have been made, God will never betray the effort," said M. Zaky encouraging his team members after the release. (mic)
